BIRTHING GENTLY  is a half day preparation workshop aimed to inform expectant parents about childbirth and beyond.

The curriculum of the workshop is developed based on many years of extensive experience in guiding birthing couples through pregnancy and childbirth. It is filled with practical advice, visual demonstrations and lots of hands-on practice. Throughout the course of the workshop you will engage your minds, your bodies and will dig deep into your spiritual motivations, making it a one of the kind holistic and transformative experience in your childbirth preparation journey. 

BIRTHING GENTLY is recommended for expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy, mothers planning a VBAC, first-timers and experienced birthers. Mothers are encouraged to attend the workshop with a partner (husband, relative or friend)

Main objectives: 
  • To inspire conscious and informed approach towards planning of your childbirth 
  • To encourage ownership and empowerment throughout your birthing journey
  • To promote holistic approach to health from conception, birth and beyond

Registration fee:   4950  php   (per couple or per mother) 

If your partner is not available to join the workshop, you are welcome to bring along your non-pregnant relative or close friend.

  • ACCESS to the "Birthing Gently"  on-line course for continuous self-study and reference materials

Maximum number of participants are 5 couples. Slots are limited and given on the first come, first served basis.
