Gentle Birth and Breastfeeding Class

Gentle Birth and Breastfeeding class is a one day comprehensive workshop aimed to inform expectant parents about childbirth, breastfeeding and newborn care. 

The curriculum of the workshop is developed based on many years of extensive experience in guiding birthing couples and new parents through all four trimesters of motherhood journey and is brought to you by two experts with 30 years of collective experience in their respective fields. 

The one day class  filled with practical advice, visual demonstrations and lots of hands-on practice. Throughout the course of the workshop you will engage your minds, your bodies and will dig deep into your spiritual motivations, making it a one of the kind holistic and transformative experience in your childbirth preparation journey. 

Gentle Birth and Breastfeeding Class  is recommended for expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy, mothers planning a VBAC, first-timers and experienced birthers. Mothers are encouraged to attend the workshop with a partner (husband, relative or friend).

Registration fee:   7950 php  (discounted from 11 000 php for this TWO in ONE class)  per couple or per mother.

If your partner is not available to join the workshop, you are welcome to bring along your non-pregnant relative or close friend. 

Maximum number of participants are 5-6 couples. Slots are limited and given on the first come, first served basis.
