As your doula, I am committed to supporting and guiding you through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the transition into parenthood. I will honor and nurture you as you journey into motherhood, and treat you with the respect and gentle, loving care that all birthing mothers deserve.

My full-service Birth Doula package includes the following services:

o   Free initial call

o   2 complimentary prenatal visits

o Access to childbirth preparation course Birthing Gently

o   1 (optional) visit to your doctor / midwife / medical care-provider

o   Birth plan counselling

o   Access to lending library of books and references

o   Unlimited phone and email support (pregnancy-related queries, recommendations on OBs, pedias, midwives and other pregnancy related services)

o   On-call availability 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after expected due date

o   Continuous support during labour and birth

o   Immediate after-birth support

o   Assistance with initiation of breastfeeding

o   1 postpartum visit


Packages are available in combination with other birth services such as placenta encapsulation,  postpartum herbal care, belly binding and birth sealing ceremonies
